Something important
She kept scratching her head. She had lost a lot of hair. She had a black and white photo of the time she used to have a full head of hair. She used to put a lot of eye make up on too. But she didn’t anymore. Her face was not as pretty as it used to be. Her roots were gray and the rest of her hair has been dyed in a bad color. She was used to putting me in her hair every day. She’d gone to the market when I fell down. It was crowded. I cannot remember how many of my teeth got smashed as people stomped over me.
