I was pinned to her shabby bag. Wherever she went, she’d put me on the ground. The letters on me read: No. 1.
I don’t know if she means that for me, her shabby bag or herself!
One day at college somebody tripped over the bag. Me and another one like me came off and rolled under the radiator.
